At Blueprint, we’re on a mission to transform mental health care into a system where each person receiving care benefits from all those that came before them. Achieving this mission starts with empowering therapists to do their best work so they can deliver high-quality care in less time. Over the past couple of years, we’ve come a long way and we’re excited to share the latest milestone in our journey.
Today, we’re announcing that we’ve raised $9M in Series A funding co-led by Ensemble and Lightbank, with participation from Bonfire Ventures, Revolution, TAU Ventures, Data Tech Fund, LeverageVC, and select angel investors.
Our momentum would not be possible without our early customers, clinicians, and clients, who all deserve a huge shout-out and thank you. We’re excited to be on this journey re-shaping the future of mental health care with you and couldn’t do it without your support.
Over the last century, there have been incredible advancements and innovations within healthcare. From X-Rays to Vaccines to MRIs and more, our society has developed amazing technology to help clinicians do their jobs more effectively to ultimately improve outcomes.
But somehow, mental health care has been left behind. The tools therapists are using with clients to truly enhance the moment of care look largely the same as they did 10, 20, and even 30 years ago.
Therapists are superheroes. But every superhero needs a sidekick, which is where Blueprint comes in.
Decades of research support the fact that measurement-based care helps clients achieve better outcomes faster. It’s been widely proven to enhance any treatment across different demographics, treatment settings, diagnoses, acuity levels, and more. At Blueprint, our recent case study highlighted that when clinicians use Blueprint, their clients will respond to treatment up to six weeks faster than “treatment as usual.” Yet, despite the groundswell of research supporting measurement-based care, most therapists are still not leveraging data to help inform treatment decisions.
As we look towards the future, our main focus is on continuing to make measurement-based care more personalized, actionable, and approachable.
Most importantly, we’re doubling down on our community of therapists. We exist to empower them to do their best work with clients, and we’ll continue to work closely with them as we look to build the future of mental health care in a collaborative and inclusive way.
